Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that this is the time it takes to prepare and package your order before it is handed over to the courier.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer. We’ll do our best to keep delays to a minimum, and in the case of a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
Shipping and Delivery:
Standard Shipping typically takes 1–4 business days and Paxi 7-9 Business days to deliver after dispatch. Please keep this delivery window in mind in addition to the processing time when placing your order.
Important Notes:
- Paxi parcels are dropped every Friday.
- We are not responsible for courier delays, incorrect deliveries, or errors made by the courier service.
- Please double-check your full address, contact number, and email before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.
- If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may contact you or drop it at a nearby collection point or kiosk.
- We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location.
- Always consider both processing and shipping time when estimating when your order will arrive.
